Ian joined TCH in March 2019 to grow the TCH programme following the successful merger with Peabody. Ian leads the TCH NB team, currently overseeing the acquisition of land and new homes for rent, shared ownership and outright sale. Procuring land, s106 opportunities and package deals, TCH have a mixed development pipeline working to alleviate the homelessness issues across Kent and Wealden.
Ian formerly worked for Campus Living Villages (CLV) between 2015-19, concentrating on University partnership deals to develop out student accommodation for the likes of St Andrews, Bristol and Goldsmiths. These were all won through OJEU competition and delivered utilising project finance in a JV LLP SPV.
At Affinity Sutton (2001-2015) Ian headed the Delivery Team for the London, Midlands and North Region, responsible for all on-site construction and pre-tender projects. Responsible for a development & regeneration programme of approximately 1,000 homes alongside managing the London Development Office, Ian brought in numerous projects to contract and was directly involved in the contract negotiation on two central London Joint Ventures with Mount Anvil.
