Leading sector figures will cover the full range of issues and opportunities on key themes. There’s an exhibition and networking opportunities culminating in an early evening drinks reception to formally launch the Futures Network – the next generation of leaders supporting advancements in our sector.
We’ve had over 1600 attend webinars so far this year and successfully held hybrid events so whether you are attending in person or online you’ll be able to take part in this premier knowledge exchange.
Through expert speakers and Q&A the conference aims to inform and inspire to really take advantage of the opportunities across housing.
The whole day event will start with Keynote addresses, followed by four consecutive Streams on Supply and Delivery; Partnering Principles for New Homes and Existing Homes; Quality and Standards in New Build and Asset Management; Decarbonisation Solutions.
In the middle of the day there’ll be an opportunity to attend one of three Break Out sessions on New Ways of Living; Insuring for Risk: Planning and Development; Why is ESG important.
New report launch – The Housing Forum’s guide to collaborative procurement is the output of the working group comprising representatives from over 20 THF member organisations from across the housing sector. This guide encourages a shift to a value-based procurement process and a move away from reliance on minimum cost and minimum standards.

UNDERSTANDING: of the implications of the profound change Decarbonisation will have on the housing sector and what government needs to do to support the significant changes required.
